Turn TDC10 into a Standing Arcade Setup
Many players have asked if TDC10 works with the Tripod Kit.
The answer is yes.
Although the Tripod Kit was originally designed for TDC17,
TDC10 fully supports tripod mounting via its built-in VESA interface.
Every TDC10 includes four hand-tightened M4×25 screws, specifically prepared for VESA mounting.
No extra hardware is required.
This allows you to:
- mount TDC10 securely on the Tripod Kit
- adjust height and angle more freely
- create a more arcade-like, standing play setup
Playing on Wii or Wii U?
If you plan to use your taiko drum with Wii or Wii U, you will need the RMWii Adapter.
Wii systems use a different controller protocol, and this adapter provides a stable, official compatibility solution.
This adapter is only required for Wii / Wii U. It is not needed for Switch, PC, PlayStation, or Xbox.

It’s not silent, but it’s designed to be noticeably more home-friendly than typical tatacons. Flooring and stand/mount choice also matter.
