At Rythmagica, we are committed to delivering your TDC10 or TDC17 package efficiently and with care. Please review our updated shipping policy to better understand how we handle shipments, especially in light of recent customs changes and logistics improvements for major regions.

1. Package Weight and International Shipping Costs

The TDC10 package weighs approximately 3 kilograms (6.6 lbs), while the TDC17 package weighs around 10.5 kilograms (23.1 lbs) including accessories and packaging.

Due to the size and weight of these products, international shipping costs can be relatively high. However, we continue to work closely with our logistics partners to minimize costs and ensure safe, reliable delivery worldwide.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

🇺🇸 United States

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs policies—including the removal of the de minimis duty exemption—direct international express shipments may now incur unexpected import duties.

To avoid this and provide a smoother delivery experience, we now ship products in advance via ocean freight to our U.S. warehouse. Customer orders are then fulfilled directly from this warehouse.

  • In-stock orders are typically delivered within 7 business days.
  • If the warehouse is temporarily out of stock, shipping may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if this occurs.

This approach reduces customs risk and ensures faster, more affordable shipping for our U.S. customers.

 

🇪🇺 Europe

Orders to Europe are shipped via air freight with customs clearance handled in the Netherlands or Belgium.

  • First-leg shipping to Europe typically takes 7–10 days.
  • After customs clearance, final delivery is handled by local couriers such as DPD or DHL, with delivery taking approximately 3–5 days.

3. Amazon Availability

To help reduce shipping fees and customs complexity, the TDC10 is available on Amazon USA and Amazon Japan. Customers in these regions may find lower shipping costs and faster delivery through Amazon.

 

4. Shipping to New Countries
