Rythmagica Return and Refund Policy
At Rythmagica, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.
🛍️ Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
- Return requests must be submitted in advance via email: support@rythmagica.net.
💰 Refund Conditions
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our fulfillment error.
- If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, a partial refund may apply.
🚚 Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method and sharing the tracking number once available.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
- Used drumsticks (unless defective upon arrival)
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Gift cards or promotional items
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask you to provide a photo or video of the issue and will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
