Nintendo SwitchでTDC10 / TDC17を設定する
スイッチ1とスイッチ2 • 初心者向け • 約5分
Setup Video (Recommended)
Watch once before you start — it prevents the most common first-time issues.
Quick Start (1 minute)
- Plug in USB: Connect TDC Port A → Switch 1/2 USB (Dock USB port recommended).
- In TDC Mate: Set Game Station to NS Switch.
- Match settings: Arcade Game Mode must match the game’s Controller Setting.
Step-by-step setup
1) Turn off other controllers
Fully power off any Switch Pro Controller (all LEDs off). Pro Controllers take priority and can block drum input.
2) Mount the drum on the stand
Place the drum securely so it doesn’t wobble. Correct placement improves stability and hit accuracy.
Stand guide: Right way to install TDC10 on the stand
3) Connect the drum to Switch
USB cable: one end to TDC Port A, the other end to Switch 1/2 (Dock USB is recommended).
The #1 rule: Match two settings
Your drum will only respond in-game when these two settings “agree”:
- TDC Mate → Arcade Game Mode
- Taiko no Tatsujin → Controller Setting
If you change either setting: close the game completely, then relaunch it. (The game often doesn’t re-detect the controller mid-session.)
Troubleshooting (quick fixes)
If something doesn’t work right away, you’re not alone — most issues are a quick fix.
Status light is slowly blinking
This is normal.
A slow, steady blinking light on the back of your TDC10 / TDC17 means the drum is successfully connected to the TDC Mate app via Bluetooth.
This status does not indicate an error and does not affect gameplay on Nintendo Switch.
As long as your USB cable is connected to Port A and the correct in-game controller setting is selected, you can play normally — even while the indicator light is blinking.
No response in game
Most common cause: The two settings don’t match.
Fix (do this in order):
- Open TDC Mate → confirm Game Station = NS Switch.
- Check TDC Mate → Arcade Game Mode:
- Arcade OFF → in game set Controller Setting = Pro Controller
- Arcade ON → in game set Controller Setting = Drum Controller
- Close the game completely (Home → X → Close), then relaunch it.
Nintendo Switch games often don’t refresh controller detection until the next launch.
Inputs feel inconsistent or “taken over”
Cause: Pro Controller interference.
Fix: Turn off the Pro Controller completely (all LEDs off) and don’t press any of its buttons while playing.
Drum works in the app, but not on Switch
Cause: USB connection / port issue.
Fix: Use TDC Port A to Switch. If possible, plug into the Dock USB (more stable power/data) and try a different USB port/cable.
